KG to CBM Converter
Convert a known shipment weight into approximate cubic meters by applying density. This is helpful when you know the mass first and need to estimate storage or freight space.
CBM = KG ÷ density (kg/m3)
Example: 600 KG at 300 kg/m3 = 2 CBM
Can you convert KG to CBM directly?
Only if you know the cargo density. Weight alone is not enough to determine volume.
What density should I use?
Use your product's real density when possible. For general cargo estimates, 200 to 400 kg/m3 is common.
